Case Study of Nokk brand | Graphics Hub

Background

We presented the idea of creating a separate brand for this particular product segment, different from the existing brand, Cubicle Systems. Targeting a particular demographic group, we set out to create a marketing campaign to increase inbound leads through the online channels and also to increase awareness of the Nokk brand. We conducted market research and worked with our findings to develop the campaign with four phases and execute them sequentially.

Phase I

We worked at creating the Nokk brand from the ground up, creating the unique name; referring to Companies House, and available ‘.co.uk‘ domains to ensure the brand was truly alone in the market place. We then designed the branding and website with a responsive, engaging design, and content-based Search Engine Optimisation. The website content was optimised to also rank high on Local searches.

Phase II

In the next phase, we implemented digital ads campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Pinterest with all the inbound clicks funneled to individual landing pages with easy-to-use lead generation form to capture leads.

Phase III

We sustained the momentum conducting further market research, adding more in-demand products to the Nokk product range featured on their website, and also by creating engaging content on social media.

Phase IV

In the final phase, we refined the advertising campaign to focus resources on high performing segments while still maintaining a view of segments of the market with the potential for future growth. We developed digital brochures for the product groups and we had a budget increase to acquire more leads.

There’s always more work to be done; We continue to work directly with our client to refine and improve the campaigns and products.
