Background

Independent Hire is a plant and equipment hire company providing a wide range of machinery for hire, as well as servicing and repairs. They have built a reputation for being able to respond quickly to urgent customer requests, deliver as promised, and go the extra mile to meet customer needs.

Phase I

In the first phase of the campaign, we created a new website for Independent Hire which was in line with the rebranding process that was ongoing at the time.

Phase II

We ran advertising campaigns and rebuilt the website on different software to increase speed and performance. We also started Facebook Ads campaigns to increase the brand reach to potential new customers on social media.

Phase III

We further refined the advertising and based on insights from marketing data, we created a separate brand: Diggers Online, which offered a bespoke online machinery hire system.
